The King by Tiffany Reisz

Rating:★★★★★
Blurb: Bouncing from bed to bed on the Upper East Side, Kingsley Edge is brilliant, beautiful and utterly debauched. No carnal act or chemical compound can relieve his self-destructive heartache—only Søren, the one person he loves without limit or regret. A man he can never have, but in whose hands Kingsley is reborn to attain even greater heights of sin.Kingsley's plan to open the ultimate BDSM club—a dungeon playground for New York's A-list—becomes his obsession. His expertise in domination can't subdue the one man who wants to stop him. The enigmatic Reverend Fuller won't rest until King's dream is destroyed, and so the battle lines are set; it's one man's sacred mission against another's

Review:
Tiffany Reisz is an amazing author and the books she writes are very interesting. They are the kind of books that you read in one sitting.. if you have the time because they are really hard to put down.
I have been waiting for Kingsley Edge for a long time now, to know his story and finally it has happened and I am so excited because it was just as great as the first books. This is Kingsley's story and how he gets his dream kingdom  The 8th circle. It is also his back story of how he and Soren (imagine the O has a line within it :P) met and got together and boy is it great, I am usually not a fan of reading stuff which is involves two guys, but Kingsley and Soren I will read about anytime :)
It also introduces Nora or Eleanor as a teen and the background story of how her and Soren met it is cute and adorable how Kingsley immediately sees the potential that Eleanor has I am not going to spoil that because it was a good laugh.
This book is overall great and I loved it, I think I will forever love Tiffany Reisz :) If you have not read this series please do  because they will bring you through the ups and downs and make you laugh and get you very angry. Yes I would recommend these books for an older audience because there is sex and BDSM  and a lot of sex jokes.

If you do decide to venture into the series.... welcome to The 8th Circle.

How to Hook a Bookworm by Cassie Mae and Rating system change

Rating:
Blurb:
Getting kissed for a birthday present should not be a big deal. Especially for Brea Mason, who doesn’t think of her best friend, Adam Silver, in any way other than… well, a friend. But after the liplock she can’t seem to get him off her mind. And she has to, because Adam is a senior while she’s stuck in high school for another two years. Then a new hot Distraction comes a long which Brea welcomes because she does not want to think about all her friends leaving her.

Review:
This book was amazing. I really loved Brea and Adam as soon as I read about them I was shipping them. They were perfect and I was really upset that it took Brea a while to see how she felt about Adam, but Adam was no better.

Brea has a rough life, her mom is always on temp jobs and her brother is helping out as much as he can, but he also wants to move out and move in with his girlfriend and he does not want to do that until he is sure that everyone is on their feet. Brea and her mom's relationship is fragile and when Brea comes home and finds her mom doing something unthinkable she does not go home for a while.

Adam has a better life, he lives with his dad and has a job and is passing all his classes. He is getting ready to move out and go to college, but when Brea  asks for help for her classes because she is failing them he cannot say no. Brea and Adam know everything about eachother. They are in a relationship but without the sex and it is cute and I had to wait a while before they figured out how they felt.... most of the freakin' book!!

I was not a big fan of Jay when he came to the school. I think because I was already in love with the idea of Brea and Adam because they were perfect together she did not have to be anyone else. With Jay, Brea had to hide who she was and she never wanted him to see her house.
Brea also did not think of Jay as her friend just her boyfriend, which was strange since usually a relationship starts with friendship.

Brea's friends were hilarious and knew what was happening between Brea and Adam before she even knew what was happening.
There is a happy ending in this book, but my gosh... Adam almost killed me I cried so much near the end of the book because Adam likes to get the hopes up and crush them, but he makes it better in the end, which is all that matters.

I would highly recommend this book, it was a cute read and I could not put it down. My rating system is changing because it is a lot easier to rate the books more accurate with the star system rather then the thumbs up system, sorry about the random change, but hopefully it will make it better.

Invaded by Melissa Landers and where i've been.

Rating: 5 thumbs up
Blurb: Cara always knew life on planet L’eihr would be an adjustment. With Aelyx, her L’eihr boyfriend, back on Earth, working to mend the broken alliance between their two planets, Cara is left to fend for herself at a new school, surrounded by hostile alien clones. Even the weird dorm pet hates her.

Review:
This book was amazing and I am very sad that it took me this long to finish it. Aelyx and Cara are still my OTP for this book but David and Syrine came very close.
The story was amazing and kept me very intrigued throughout the whole book. I was very sad that Cara and Aelyx were not together for most of the book, but it was bittersweet because Cara was making progress on L'eihr and that was good because that is where she needed to be comfortable most.
I did not like all the problems that happened for Cara in L'eihr I knew that it was not going to be easy for her to be accepted  but, all of that was really unnecessary. Jaxen is another story completely I did not like him or trust him from the beginning and I am very happy to what happened to him in the book but I am not happy about what happened after that because he is harder to kill than a cockroach.
I had the feels so many times and I cried too much. Syrine and David mainly because ugh... why?!  they were great together. Then Aelyx and Cara multiple times it was sad but, it was really good and I would highly recommend this series and book to anyone that enjoys aliens, bad guys that need to die :) and love and sad love :(

Where I was... well school is coming to an end so I have been having exams and essay's to do so I have not had any time to read which is very sad and I hate not reading because it is as if I left a world to come back to a more boring world but, I am going to be reading more and posting more after the 27 of April so I am very excited for that date come. Until then be patient with me that is all I ask :)
